One Test Lab Authorization

The following fee covers your lab authorization by physicians with Encore Telemedicine. Should your lab test show an abnormal result you will be notified by our staff who will then walk you through possible next steps.

• Our fee will be reflected on your bank statement under the name Red Element LLC.
• Encore Telemedicine authorization fee is solely for services rendered by our physicians to authorize your lab test.
• Our fee does not include any lab testing fees.
• Encore Telemedicine is an independent telemedicine provider and does not receive any referral fees, commissions, or compensation from labs for which we interpret tests.
